Our Programs


CamCare’s innovative Employer Self-Funded Member Benefit Reimbursement Programs for Complementary, Alternative and Holistic Services are available to all businesses. Plans are offered in Single Option Plans, General Wellness Plans, Condition Specific Plans or Premier Plans, with benefits that cover fees for office sessions. Our programs are dynamic and may serve as:

Benefits of Services:

     • A Supplemental Member Benefit  added to your health care insurance policy for Complementary Alternative Therapies (after coverage is exhausted or not covered by your healthcare policies)
     • A Preventive Care Plan wellness plans that help to prevent and delay the disease process from occurring
     • An Acute/Chronic Disease Care Enhancement Plan wellness plans may help reduce symptoms of chronic diseases
     • A Palliative Care Plan wellness plans that focus on mind, body, spirit and comfort care
     • A Healthy Living Plan wellness plans offering you the fun and easy tools to living a healthy and mindful life
     • A Health Focus Plan: wellness plans recommended by you PCP or Specialist to treat specific conditions
     • A  Corporate Employee Member Benefit Plan employer offered/sponsored – voluntary benefit plans).

How Plans Work


CamCare Member Benefit Plans are offered by employers as annual member benefits. Plan Benefits provide reimbursement on fees for services rendered. Benefits are offered with a 50%, 80% or 100% Reimbursement Rate based on your plan agreement.


Single Option Plans:
    • Plan cover a single service
    • Benefit: Up to 50% Reimbursement Rate on fees for services.
    • Maximum of 4 services per month.
    • Annual Spending Cap varies per Therapy

General Wellness Plans:
    • Plan covers 5 different services
    • Each service has a select number of covered visits per year
    • Benefit: Up to 50%, 80% or 100% reimbursement rate on fees-for-services
    • Maximum of 4 (any) services per month

Condition Specific Plans:
    • Plans with select services designed to target specific conditions and/or Integrate with your medical treatment plan to support healing through mind, body & spirit.
    • Plans covering 5 different services
    • Each service has a select number of covered visits per year
    • Benefit: Up to 50%, 80% or 100% reimbursement rate on fees-for-services

Trial (6 month) General Wellness Plans:
    • 6-month Plans an affordable option for you to determine if CAM is right for you
    • Plan covers 5 different services
    • Each service has a select number of covered visits per year
    • Benefit: Up to 50% reimbursement rate on fees for services
    • Maximum of 3 (any) services per month

Premier Plans:
    • Plans offering full reimbursement coverage on fee for services

    • Premier I Plan: 2 modalities up to 100% reimbursement on all services
    • Premier II Plan: Choice of 3 modalities up to 100% reimbursement on all services
    • Premier Family Plan: 5 modalities up to 100% reimbursement on all services

Simply follow these easy steps to use your plan

Single Option Plan:
   1. Choose the Plan / Therapy need.
   2. Find the Lic/Cert. Practitioner of your choice to schedule your appointment.
   3. Then send us your receipt of payment and completed reimbursement form: Mail, Fax, e-mail, e-Pic.
   4. We will then process your claim for your 50% reimbursement benefit based on your plan agreement fee schedule to your preference: Check, Electronic-Direct Deposit, PayPal, Rewards Card or Gift Certificate

General Wellness Plans:
   1. Find the Lic/Cert. practitioner(s) of your choice to schedule your appointment.
   2. Then send us your receipt of payment: Mail, Fax, e-mail, e-Pic.
   3. We will then process your claim for your 50% or 80% reimbursement benefit based on your plan agreement fee schedule to your preference: Check, Electronic-Direct Deposit, PayPal, Rewards Card or Gift Certificate

Premier Plans:
   1. Pick the Premier Plan of your choice
   2. Find the Lic/Cert. Practitioner of your choice to schedule your appointment.
   3. Present your Premier Card at check-out and have the office contact CamCare for payment: policies vary by Practice or submit a claim for processing your 100% reimbursement benefit based on your plan agreement fee schedule to your preference: Check, Electronic-Direct Deposit, PayPal, Rewards Card or Gift Certificate
