CamCare Client-Porter (CCP)

I. Position Summary:
The Client-Porter serves as a direct contact for Members, Employers and Practitioners to ensure that clients have the most accurate information about CamCare programs products and services regarding member plans, employee/employer benefits programs.

The Client-Porter addresses all member, employer and provider inquiries and provides resolutions per CamCares Customer Service Policies.

•The CCP supports Practitioners in the Network •Practitioner Programs
The CCP supports members on scheduling and referrals of plan services per their plan agreement.
•The CCP assists new clients and practitioners in purchasing a membership or creating custom plans

Grants / Funding and Compliance Officer

I. Position Summary:

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, and can forecast needs and activities related to grant and contract administration.
Provides effective communications and workflow processes for grant production and post-award grants management.
Acts as the agency with funding sources and supports all phases of the grant application, reporting, renewal and audit processes.
Prepares grant budgets, and analyzes and consults with leadership team to coordinate and meet grant requirements; produces and monitors report accuracy and ensures budgets are being monitored.

•Maintains grant oversight by overseeing the status of grants, and forecasting and tracking grants and budgets for multiple programs.
•Directs all grant related activities, oversee and manage technical, legal, financial, and administrative components of grant management for the program, other departments, sponsors, and leadership team
•Develops tools and indicators to ensure quality and timeliness of all aspects of grants processing and management.
•Oversees the financial management of grants and monitors and ensures the quarterly targets are met.
